DONNA BOSSERT

General Manager

Donna began her career with MPS in 1984 and learned the business of the aggregate industry from the ground up.  In 1990, she and her partner acquired MPS and Donna eventually became sole owner.  In 2003, Conley Lott Nichols of Texas acquired MPS and Donna remained to run the MPS Division.  This acquisition positioned MPS to be a true "full-service" distributor for today's demands in the quarry and drilling industry.

TOMMY MCGILVRAY

South Sales

Tommy is the South Regional Sales Manager for central and south Texas.  He came to MPS in 1996 with more than 20 years of experience in production, which included working for a respected central Texas aggregate producer.  In 1999, Tommy went back to production and then returned to MPS in 2002.

J MASON

North Sales

J is the North Regional Sales Manager and represents MPS throughout North Texas,  Oklahoma and Arkansas.  Although he has been a member of the MPS team since 1999, J ran his own fabrication shop for four years, and also spent 14 years with an international aggregates producer.

BART BALLARD

Sales (North & South)

Bart came to MPS in 2008 from a major quarry in Texas.  With over 25 years in production,  Bart specializes in drills and consumables.  He also calls on quarries for Texas and southern Oklahoma.

MIKE MODE

Parts Manager & Inside Sales

Mike has been in the aggregate industry since 1992 from farming to production and managing plants.  In 1998, Mike joined the outside sales group with MPS Aggregate Systems and in 2002, shifted to inside sales and managing the parts department.  Mike will tell you his dedication to this industry stems from working with good people and simply enjoying the job.

KYLE FULLER

Parts & Service, Central & South Texas

Kyle has been with MPS since 2004.  Kyle handles parts and service out of our San Antonio office which covers the central to south Texas region.  In addition to building great customer relationships, Kyle is also working on his Masters degree in Business Management.

CLINT BROWN

Field Service

Clint heads up the Installation and Fabrication division of MPS.  Clint came to MPS in 2006 with over 15 years in the service, install and fabrication business.
